In the app you can also go to Settings → Help to ask a question, report a problem, or send an idea. A problem report includes your app version and device so we can help faster — never your baby's data.
Those accounts have no password, so "forgot password" cannot help. Sign in with the same Apple or Google button, then open Settings → Account → Create Password if you would like to use an email and password as well.
Open Settings → My Family and share your invite code. They enter it when they create their account, and appear in your family list with their name and role.
Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, your entitlements and your records. If you are the last member of a family, the family and everything in it is deleted too.
